In the event of an alarm activation at your premises, the monitoring station will contact our control room who will dispatch a fully trained, licensed and uniformed officer to your premises. On arrival at site, they will carry out patrols according to your specific instructions to determine the cause of the alarm, after which they will implement the agreed escalation procedures. All findings will be reported through our control room and then a full report will be sent to you by a member of the operations team the next working day.

Alarm response services are useful for both commercial and domestic clients and provide a trained security professional to attend a site in the event of an alarm activation. In the event of an incident we will receive notification at our 24 hour control centre. A trained uniformed alarm response officer will be immediately dispatched to your premises in one of our alarm activation response vehicles. The officer will undertake a thorough investigation of the property, externally and internally, to ascertain the reason for the alarm activation. The officer will then secure the premise, reset the alarm system and board up / undertake any emergency repairs. Our officer will remain on site until the incident is fully resolved offering you total peace of mind.
