Security....what does it mean to you?
For us, it means keeping other people and property safe.
The Oxford dictionary tells us that Security is the state of being free from danger or threat, but this definition can mean many things to many people and it can be found in a multitude of different places.
That’s why we offer a variety of bespoke services that can be combined to meet all our clients’ specific needs.
Mobile Patrols are often completed as part of a scheduled service. For example, a client will ask us to visit twice a night between 19:00 and 07:00. The jobs are entered into our state-of-the-art scheduling software which then produces a run sheet for the mobile team listing all their jobs for the night.
Our highly trained patrol officers understand that someone wanting to gain access or cause a problem on site, will probably watch the area for a few days. We know how important it is to make sure they are not going to a site at the same time every night. Mobile patrols truly work best when no-one knows when they are about to happen. By keeping their route variable uniformed officers in marked security vehicles can stop a potential incident before it even happens by just being visible.
Lock and Unlock service ensure your staff are never greeted with a situation that they are uncomfortable with particularly in the case of someone trying to get into, or indeed, out of your building. As part of this service, our professional team will complete a patrol and check all the doors and windows as well as make sure there is no-one left in the building, before securing it for the night. Officers will visit again in the morning to ensure that the property is in a safe state to welcome your staff back in for their day. Locks and Unlocks are often completed at designated times as required by the clients' opening hours.
The case study below is from our mobile patrol division and is a great example on how we can tailor a service…
A recent client had engaged us for a Lock and Unlock service. Once all the I’s had been dotted and the T’s crossed a senior member of our operations team attended site to complete a site survey. During this survey the times for the lock and unlock were discussed. The lock was to be at 8pm and the unlock to be at 6am the following morning. Our team member spent time with the client to make sure all instructions for our officers were correct. That night our officers attended to lock the building and unlock the following morning, upon arrival he found the site unlocked and the alarm unset. This was reported to his managers who followed up with the client. Having looked at their CCTV footage it was discovered that a member of staff had entered the office shortly after we had locked up and then left again 30 minutes later leaving the building unlocked and the intruder alarm unset.
We provided various options to the client, and ultimately, they decided to combine our services and now, in addition to the lock, they have a mobile patrol in the middle of the night and have us listed as primary keyholders to respond to any alarms that go off.
Our client can now leave their office with the peace of mind that the property is looked after when they are not there.
