Alarm Response

Upon an activation being called through from your Alarm Receiving Centre a trained, uniformed and licensed Mobile Response Officer will immediately be dispatched to your premises. On arrival the officer will undertake a thorough investigation of the property, completing both internal and external patrols, to ascertain the reason for the alarm activation.
Our officer will remain on site until the incident is fully resolved offering you total peace of mind.
The officer will then secure the premises and reset the alarm system.
All details will be recorded and evidenced through our real time, state of the art software.
Combining this with our Keyholding service means removing you and your staff from potential harm and inconvenience when there is an activation – as your trusted keyholders we can be counted on to take the worry out of an incident.

Mobile Patrols

Via pre-determined or randomised patrols, our highly skilled and SIA licensed team are able to see beyond the obvious risks and identify potential threats that otherwise might go unnoticed.
We offer a variety of vehicular or foot patrols or a combination of both, to suit your needs.
On foot patrols our officers will complete a thorough inspection of all areas of your site and can be requested to complete site-specific jobs such as ensuring that all non-essential appliances like photocopiers, lights and air-conditioning are turned off.
For larger areas or where foot patrols are not appropriate, we can complete a drive round patrol in a branded vehicle.
Each patrol is recorded in real time through our state-of-the-art software, giving us a greater level of transparency and interaction with our clients.
A combination of patrols and Alarm Response means rapid deployment by us if there are any issues on site.
Lock & Unlock

Vacant Property Inspections

Our skilled and SIA licenced officers will conduct full internal and external patrols of the entire premises, checking all windows, doors and gates are secure. In addition, they will inspect specific areas of concern in line with your requirements, running taps, flushing toilets, testing water temperatures and taking meter readings.
Reports are generated in real time and sent through to an email of your choice with all the required information you need.

Bell and Flick Tests
